DEAR SUPERSTAR: New Song Featuring BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE Posted Online

February 22, 2008

Members of BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE have recorded a guest vocal appearance on the track "Live Love Lie!" from Manchester, UK-based rockers DEAR SUPERSTAR.

Says DEAR SUPERSTAR singer Micky Satiar: "DEAR SUPERSTAR have just returned from a five-week recording session in Cardiff with Romesh Dodongada (BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE, FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND, KIDS IN GLASS HOUSES). Whilst we were down there, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE were in the same studio rehearsing for thier world tour. We hung out with them for the month and made good friends... We asked them to do guest vocals on our track 'Live Love Lie!' which they accepted the offer."

"Live Love Lie!" is expected to appear on DEAR SUPERSTAR's upcoming second album, "Heartless", which the band has self-financed with the hopes of landing a new record deal.

Said Micky: "We funded the recording ourselves. We gave up our jobs and sold cars, guitars and pretty much ourselves to raise the money! Obviously working with Romesh Dodongada for five weeks came at a price, but a price we were more than willing to pay! The album sounds amazing and it's a testament to all the hard work we've done over the past few years... We are all so proud of it! It is a 10-track album, with a pretty unique sound."

DEAR SUPERSTAR's debut album, "Confessions of a Twisted Mind", was released in September 2006 via Copro Records.
